Building Resiliency for your Mental and Physical Well Being

  • Start with an activity that is simple and enjoyable that is good for your health.
  • Pair the starting of a new habit with an existing habit you do everyday to promote consistency.
  • Track your success each time you engage in something that is healthy or helpful for you. 
  • Don't ignore the basics that make a big difference; Sleep, Hydration, Nutrition, Movement.
  • Give yourself small breaks from sensory input; sound, light, people to reset your brain.  Five minutes can reset your brain.
  • Learn Deep breathing techniques to promote health and relaxation.
  • Find music that soothes you.
