Our individual therapy sessions are designed to help clients navigate a wide range of behavioral, emotional and mental health challenges. We utilize evidence-based treatments to help individuals develop effective problem solving and healthy coping skills in order to work towards their identified goals.
Many individuals and family need education, guidance and direction. Educational, Behavioral and Clinical consultation provide direction for treatment and educational intervention.
Developing and understanding of the challenges faced by children, adolescent and adults is the goal of Diagnostic Evaluations. Behavioral and emotional challenges must be examined closely in order to direct proper intervention.
Our couples therapy sessions help partners deepen their connection, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. We work with couples to identify patterns of behavior that may be causing distress and provide tools to help them build a stronger, healthier relationship.
Our family therapy sessions are designed to help families build stronger relationships, improve communication, and develop problem solving skills. We believe that every family has unique strengths, and we work with families to identify those strengths and build on them to create a more positive and supportive family environment.
Clinical Supervision is provided to predoctoral and post doctoral candidates as well as young professionals seeking to improve and develop clinical skills.
Training for individuals, families, professionals and college students are available in a variety of topics and formats. Conference participation is available. Workshops are available on various topics including but not limited to: Therapeutic intervention, Behavioral Supports and Intervention, Functional Behavioral Assessment, Special Education and 504 processes and procedures. Specialized instruction and intervention for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. When to seek psychiatric or medical intervention for emotional and behavioral challenges.
Our telehealth sessions are available to provide continuity of care when in person sessions cannot be attended. Individuals can receive quality mental health care from the comfort and convenience of their own home. We utilize a secure and easy-to-use platform to provide clients with a safe and confidential space to discuss their concerns and work towards their goals.

Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is a type of therapy that focuses on examining and changing patterns of thinking and behavior. At Navigate Mental Health, one of our primary interventions is CBT. Patient education, mindfulness practices, family systems and trauma informed interventions are also utilized. Individuals learn to advocate on their own behalf across all walks of life in order to improve overall functioning.
Psychologists hold a doctoral degree in psychology and provide therapy and counseling services. Psychiatrists hold a medical degree and are trained to diagnose and treat mental health disorders with medications, in addition to providing therapy.

We understand that life can get in the way of scheduled appointments. We ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
